  • Select any Voip software such as Arinos softphone.
  • Install it on your computer.
  • Configure it as follows:
    address SIP-server: sip.arinos-voip.com, username and password match login and password in the Arinos system (received by you when registering on the site www.arinos-voip.com).
  • Top-up your personal account for any sum (in My Account section, Service Payment section), and you can use IP-telephony in its full scope. Funds on your personal account can be spent on any calls at the rates specified in section Tariffs.

How can I make calls using my mobile phone / Pocket PC / iPhone?

  • Register online on our site www.arinos-voip.com. top-up the balance of your personal account.
  • Read the terms of the program use. Follow the instructions and install Voip program for your mobile phone/Pocket PC/iPhone.
  • There are internal numbers (available from your PC using the headphone and a microphone) and external - the normal phone numbers (available on the landline or mobile phone), with international, national codes in the system.

What is the sum of minimal payment?

The minimum amount of payment is limited by the capacity of payment systems. Arinos Service uses two payment systems: UKash and Webmoney. The minimal payment in these systems is $1. However, please note that the duration of the call to the chosen direction is calculated according to the balance on your personal account.

You can use any softphone, for example Arinos softphone (Windows), Zoiper (Windows, Linux), Xlite (Windows, MacOS, Linux), Twinkle (Linux), Ekiga (Linux). If you are running Windows operating system we recommend to use Arinos softphone.

How can I install Arinos softphone?

To install the program go to the link Download, click the button Download, save the file in a folder and start it. We recommend you to read the license agreement (Agreement) before the installation. After the start follow simple instructions and program hints.

Services Payment

How can I top-up the balance of my personal account?

You can top-up your personal account after signing in to the site. Go to My Account and select Services Payment section. Payment can be done through one of the two payment systems: UKash and Webmoney (proper buttons in the section Services Payment).

How can I pay for services by UKash voucher?

Sign in to the site, enter My Account, section Services Payment, press button UKash. In the opened dialog box please enter: number of voucher, face value (in currency of voucher) and amount due to the account (or leave the last field empty, if you want to pay the sum equal to the voucher face value).Click the button Pay.

How can I pay for services by Webmoney?

Sign in to the site, enter My Account, a section Services Payment, press button Webmoney. You will be redirected to the Webmoney site. There will already be your login and email in the opened dialog box, enter the sum, choose the currency from the list. Click the button Pay.

The service allows you to ring without using a PC headset. You order a connection of two telephones: yours and the addressee.

Sign in to the site, choose a section Call via site in the menu, enter your number in the top field, below - the number of addressee. Press «Order». An external number should be entered in the international format with prefix 00 (or +), for example 00 18001234567, internal – «as it is». While entering the number into the input field the system will show you the cost of this direction. Connection is set up!

How much is the «Call via site»?

The cost is defined as a sum of costs of two outgoing calls: one - to the first indicated telephone number, second - to the second telephone number. So, for example, if you ordered connection of two city telephone numbers – one in Albania, the other one in Moscow, and duration of call was 2 minutes, the cost of it will be calculated as (0,064 (Albania) + 0,039 (Moscow))*2 = 0,103*2 = $0,206.

What for do I need the service « Number Linking for Callback»?

The service allows you to make a call in future, not using a PC at all. You will in advance specify the telephone number at the site from which you will later be able to make long-distance calls, dialing special number +357 24 020 199.

How can I use the service « Number Linking for Callback»?

Sign in to the site, choose section « Number Linking for Callback» in the menu. In the top field you will see a number to which you have the linking now (or the field will be empty, if you do not have linking now). Enter the number to which you want to link the service in the lower field. The number should be entered in international format with the prefix 00 (e.g. 0018001234567). Now, when you want to make a long-distance call from the linked phone number, simply dial special number +357 24 020 199. Your call will be dropped, after that the call will be returned. Voice prompts will offer you to enter a phone number you want to call and press #. Do it. Connected!

How much is a call via «Callback» service?

The cost of the call is a sum of two components: an outgoing call to your phone (the linked one) and the outgoing call to the target phone number, in accordance with tariffs on these directions. For example, if you call from a linked Moscow number to a landline number in Albania, and the duration of the call was 2 minutes, then it will be calculated as (0064 (Albania) + 0039 (Moscow)) * 2 = 0103 * 2 = $0206 .

What for do I need the service «Number linking» (SMS)?

It is very convenient to you use Arinos Services from a mobile phone. In this case, you use a PC and Internet only to top-up the balance of your personal account, the number linking, or to obtain reference information. You can use VoIP services within the balance of your personal account, and do not need additional devices except a mobile phone.

How can I use the service «Number linking (SMS)»?

Sign in to the site, choose section « Number Linking (SMS)» in the menu. You’ll see your status (linked or not linked), if there is a link, you can cancel it by pressing the button «loose the number». You may order SMS report about linking - so you’ll be sure you have subscribed to it. You’ll also see your personal code and PIN code generated by the system (changing after each re-linking for your safety). Your Personal code should be sent to the number +49 15 207 849 360 from a mobile phone. The number from which you send this SMS, will be linked to your login. After linking the number, the following SMS commands will be available (to number +49 15 207 849 360):

How can I send SMS?

Sign in to the site, choose section «Sending SMS» in the menu. In the top window, enter the phone number you want to send SMS to, in the international format. For example, 18001234567. In the next window, type in your message, click the button «Send».

Why should I send SMS through the website if I can do it with my mobile phone?

Typing in the text at the site is faster than on the phone keyboard. And main thing, sending message will be much cheaper.

What for do I need Redirection service?

Sign in to the site, select the history period you want to look through in the section Operations history, then click View. You’ll see a list of all calls and SMS, with the duration of the call, price, type and status of operation. The status of the operation: answered call, missed call, busy, failed call. Operation types: outgoing call and SMS sent. Additional facilities: hover the cursor over the phone number, you will know the direction to which it belongs. Hover the cursor over the history with an SMS sent, you’ll see its text. You can put a filter in the list (removing or ticking the appropriate boxes) to show only SMS, or only calls.

How can I set up call redirection?

If you don’t want to miss calls, coming to you via Arinos service, you can use one of the three types of call redirection: on non-availability, busy mode, or absolute redirection.

How much is redirection service?

Sign in at the site, select "Redirection" in the menu. You will see three fields corresponding to the three types of redirection. Fill in one of the fields in the format: local numbers must be entered "as it is", external in international format with the prefix 00 (or +), e.g. 00 18001234567.

If you fill in the first field, the redirection will be on "non-availability", that means if you do not pick up the phone within 20 seconds, the call will be redirected to the number specified by you. If you fill in the second field, the redirection will be on "busy mode", that means if your number is busy for 20 seconds, the call will be redirected to the number specified by you. If you fill in the third field, the redirection will be absolute, that means all the calls will be redirected to the number specified by you.

How can I quickly find out the cost of the call, if I know the phone number?

You can quickly find out the cost of calls by the target number in the section Find out cost (lower left corner of the website page).When you enter enough number of digits, to ensure that the system can identify the direction, you will see the cost of a minute for the call to your target number in the line below the window of number input.

How can I to register at the site and in the system?

At site in the Registration section. Fill in the required fields marked with an asterisk, please read the Agreement, enter the code shown in the box. You will receive a message with a login and password to the email, specified during the registration. (You can then change the password for a convenient one in the section My Account).You need the login and password not just to enter the site (sign in), but also to be identified in the Arinos service system and have an ability to use VoIP.

I forgot my login and password. What should I do?

Next to the fields Login and Password, you see the Restore button. Click it and fill in the email field and the code from the box. A message with a login and password will be sent to the email specified (if the same e-mail was given at the registration).

How can I change my personal information?

Sign in to the site, choose Personal Information Section. Click Edit personal information, to change the last name, name, email (note: enter an existing email, otherwise you will not be able to recover your password if you forget it). Click Change Password if you want to change your password. You will be offered to enter your old password, then twice - the new one, after that the system will save the new value. In the Personal Information section, you can also subscribe to news, system messages, payments and transactions to your email.
